there is a door for sale on ebay, should do the trick, you can trim it down and re plate the roof

as an RS2000 owner for over 20 years I'm glad i didnt get rid of the sunroof, it gets bloody hot here in OZ. As for the vinyl, get rid of it. It can harbour all sorts of rust etc. I had 1 on my Falcon and it rusted through the pillars, no sign of rust before we took it off.

Why anyone would take a sturdy peice of glass out of the roof ,make a big hole even bigger and cover it with canvas is beyond me
