Had a phone call from the organizers of the Mc Rae stages today and THE OLD SKOOL Escort display area will be in front of the main grandstand next where the service area is.
Cars will be leave from 8.30am from Perth racecourse just to the side of the grandstand this is where the prize giving will take place later in the afternoon so we will be right in the hub of it.
I have been told that all cars will have to be on the display area NO LATER than 7.30am so you have been warned. As there will be a lot of people milling about all day, I do know some of you will want to go off to see the stages that’s fine but some of us will have to stay back and watch over the display cars I do hope I won’t be on my own?
I will be ordering the display awards later this week soon as I have the proof. The display will cost £10.00 per car Payable on the day once the cost of the award is covered the rest will go to one of Colin’s named charity’s if anybody would like to make a donation on the day I will be more than happy to receive it on behalf of the SOSE RSE The Works Team and Cumbria old skool Lakes tour, come on lads lets show them what the old skool fools can do.
This is going to be the highlight of the year with all the big names in rallying from years ago to the present time never again will we see all these stars together for an event like this so let make the best of it.
The Display cars wil not be left unattended , myself and others will be at the display all day to keep a close eye on them.
Can you please let me know as soon as possible if your car will not be on the display for whatever reason as we do have a reserve list and can fill your space.

get yourself to perth on the 27th of sept as this will be bigger than rally gb 
I know it's a long way for you lads but you will only regret it you don't have to bring the mk2s
