Looking at getting one for the family,

any do's or dont's as i havent a clue what to get or not to get if you get my drift

was thinking of the Wii fit as well, the whole kit any help would be appreciated

get 2 controllers and nunchucks and prepare for sore shoulders ,and rechargable AA batteries
Keep the little ones clear when playin tennis cos they get hit.
Fit is good but not got 1 yet just got a shot

we had the Wii and the Fit thing used it madly for about 3 weeks then the novelty wears off, sold it the other week

games are no where near as good as the Xbox360 or the PS3 ( better for playing DVD's and streaming vids from the PC )

Got the boy a Wii for Xmas, but he bought himself a PS3 as the games are far better and he can play online with people from all over the world.

The Wii seems to have a better appeal for adults (especially at parties)

Wii Olympics, Play (the one that comes with it) and Fit seem to be the most popular for all ages

PS3 is more 3D shoot em Ups, Football games and Racing games

we have one,the kids love it.at least it keeps um active if there playing computers

Get mario cart and another steering wheel its the best 2 player game Ive ever been on, Dont get to mad tho! It makes you really competitive even agaist the kids
