Rsoc Reg' Stand Info

Gents,
hopefully all of you received your passes and tickets by now, on the reverse of your blue stand pass is your membership number and vehicle reg', on the day you need to take this to the 'signing on tent' and exchange it for your goodies, no pass no goodies, the passes will be checked against a list that I supplied the club.

If all goes to plan it looks like we may have around 45 cars on the stand, few late comers that I am trying to squeeze on, Dave and myself will be parking you up in the morning and we would like you in as early as possible, 7.30 onwards, I beleive if you come after 9.00 you may not get in as the public will be walking in and cars and pedestrians in the same tunnel don't mix.

Could team Esssex Tossers please let me know the dimensions of your gazebo so that we can bare this in mind when selecting the pitch and parking the cars up, maybe a possibility of erecting it Saturday pm

If there are people requiring valuations that are camping with the works team could you let me know as I would like to try and do some Saturday pm to ease the rush on Sunday.

Hot off Gizmos info service, dark blue marks the route in for registrar stand pass holders, don't know where they are parking us yet as it doesn't show on the map, the two on the 40 year display I beleive you enter via the pit gates, theres another map on the RSOC members section, didn't want to copy both as some are easily confused ....

Please don't ask me to explain the map cos I just don't know ...
