ebay problem

i have just won an item off ebay for a friend for £103 and only payment option was paypal. payed within the hour and i have just recieved a mail saying he has refused payment ?

any ideas please, i have mailed him and just waiting for a response

according to paypal it was sent to him and he refused it and then it was re credited to my credit card,
it makes you wonder because the item went silly at the last minute and the person i beat may have mailed him direct with a better offer after the auction ?

it might be because you have a unconfirmed paypal address? i reject unconfimed paypal payments as i have been had over a couple of times.

the other reason is because he might no longer want to sell, tw4t

I've had the same problem - person buying stuff from me having problem's with his pay-pal as well - he spoke to them and their system was being updated.
