    who here plays local league footy? am 34 now and every pre-season gets harder, don't you agree

      play for the works team jase, currently top scorer

      tho it took me an hour to recover from the trauma of the games

                        I used to play for Carlisle City in the Northern Alliance when I was a lot younger and fitter, but the legs have gone now

                        A couple of my mates that I played with play for Annan Athletic which has just replaced Gretna in the Scottish League so I now follow them when I get time
