Feel rubbish to say the least. Have "Plurasy" whatever that is and have bruised the muscles around my heart from coughing.

Sh1t ,just got back from holiday and have been saddened by the bad news about Bash ,I never new him however read alot about him sounded a cracking Little Fella our condolances to all the family and friends

Then there is Kev giving us a shock again ,glad to hear things are getting better for you ,take it easy mate and get yourself fit for Brantingham later this month.
