you could probably get it done with 4m if your careful but 5m to be on the safe side

think that was it just err on the side of caution

i am thinking of buying a car that will need the pre custom rolltops retrimming and the back seats.

is it going to be easier picking up good interior from somewhere or easier to get them trimmed and how do you think the costs will compare?

You will need 3.5 metres to re-trim a set of roll-tops but there isn't any spare so best getting 4/4.5 metres in case of any accidents in the future.
Mine are getting re-trimed this winter by the same guy who did Cammy Millars Terracota car in the picture gallery. I'm getting new vinyl and he's using my genuine beta cloth.

You might try Segals on 0161 834 7994, I bought 4m of repro from them some months ago now for 'stock'. I had samples from them of the original and repro stuff and to be honest the repro was every bit as good as the original materia. Price was £50/m

Try retrosport on 01821641010 I think he was wanting about £80 + vat !!!!!!!!! per mtr for genuine beta and he had 24 mtrs in a couple of weeks ago.
