Who knows about mobiles

I have a Nokia Xpress music, at the top it has a connector for a cable that runs to the PC USB port (for downloading music, pics etc), can I get a cable that plugs into the phone that would connect to the male Ipod connector in my car (Factory VW connection) and play tracks from my phone ??

Would save me buying an Ipod thingy
