this time last year i was there with hot rs2000

looks like my buddy finished he was doing really well until a driveshaft failed and he had to push it back to the pits

Well think Audi took the jam out of Peugeot doughnut they thought they were going to walk it but the mpg of the Audi gave them the win especially when you work out that the difference between the first two cars was that the peugeot pitted two more times for fuel.

Also glad I did not go this year I do not think i could of handled another weekend there in the p!ssing down of rain but I am going to book to go next year as i think they are due a hot one and a comletely dry race as they aint had it for two years now so there is a chance it could be good weather next year

could have been different for audi there had been more damage to the lead car when it had contact and a spin in the last hour - if they'd have had to pit again, it would have been very interesting - but it was bomb proof as usual - good race this year

Me and the rs were there! Got back last night...
Camped about 200m away from the track and can still hear the Corvettes exhaust ringing in my ears...grin!
Will stick up a post and some pics later...bloody good laugh...
