Well finally managed to get mine in, any one want to have a guess ??


Mk2 rs2 Standard engine with fr32 and twin 45's 4 speed and standard axel

depends who done the head, and what they done to it.

theres no way your car would have made those kind of figures Lee - you ought to return your car to standard as soon as possible

that is on SPC's rollers which do seem to either read low, or everyone elses read high

before that on another set it said 160 bhp

SPC have a Dyno-Dynamics dyno and these dynos read rear wheel horsepower spot on and then guess the flywheel power by adding on a set percentage . An engine on 10 different rolling roads will make 10 different sets of figuires and this is mostly because people can't be arsed to set them up properly or they have the air temp probe in the wrong place etc . You can get 15bhp just by moving the probe to a warmer spot !!!!!!!!

agree gaz i've had 4 differant figuers from 137 to 161 so who knows as long as your happy with how it drives then that's all that maters
