Im looking at a T reg in black pretty original car, runs well, but has bad blisters where the wings meet the nose cone, would i have to fit new wings or can this be fixed?

if its the paints thats blistered then yeah should be able to take the paint off and start again

get it down to bare metal son ! then have a proper butchers at it ! if you fanny with it and dont put it right ? it will just come back again in the future
