Where has all the interest gone ?

35 names on this list for 2008 and not even a Registrars Stand at National Day in 2017 ? (if there is I havnt seen details for it)

Also all 6 spaces left for the MKII RS2000 valuation stand

Hope all the MKII RS2000's are still out there and not mothballed as "assets" !

The scene has gone backwards. The Registrars stand at ND used to always be over subscribed & it also helped those members that were not part of a local group.

Unfortunately Dave registrars stands are only available when there's an anniversary year, the club want to encourage members to join their local group, and therefore put their car on the local group stand.

Something I'm not to keen on

I have never been an active "local group member" and particularly here in The Black Country organisers of "clubs" have been threatened with large fines and prison as the Police and a local MP have managed to secure a high court injunction stopping gathering of 2 or more cars under the guise of Car Cruises

I know the Black Country chairman and he had a meeting with the Police and they wont even let him organise a club night and have threatened him with arrest if he organises such a meet

This was last month !!
