    as in other thread they were the days ,swapped my yellow mk1 for a midland 80 was the beez kneez,met loads of young females through it too

      yeah........used to have the ariel mounted to an upside down foxes classic biscuit tin in me bedroom..........worked a treat

                midland 80,was good for getting anoyed by someone just click up 40,they only had a forty channel set
