City of Manchester Parking

Going down to a certain game tomorrow and want to park somewhere between city cente and the stadium...so easy walking distance both ways and hopefully an easy escape route after we win the Uefa Cup.....

any of you local lads recommend a car park?

My shop is a mile from the stadium, i go to the home games drive down to the stadium at 2.15 and park near by. No problem. There are loads of small private car parks, garages etc that make extra cash by using there land for parking. Fcuk the metro its shite. Went to the artic monkeys concert and the fcukin half wits stopped the service! Doesnt go near the stadium either. PM me your mobile and i'll ring my mates garage where i park and see if they're open and will reserve you a place!
