can you make all CHQ's out to Birmingham Childrens Hospital Charities
On the back put my surname WALKER this is needed as I'm the lead Activity name.
The Activity Name Southern Convoy to the Lakes Tour
with Ref No 36 /08.

the Hospital said they would love it if we could get a few cars together to hand over the CHQ's as they would get the press to take some photos but space is very limited so will sort this out once all the cash is in.
