just in from working on the car tonight but about to get into the loom on the dining room table,i think lesley is asleep upstairs (i hope),found the problem and im ****ing raging turns out its down to the new starter i got from lucas last week,if when the new starter is fitted the wires heat up with ignition on ,tried two old starters and the problem is gone,well here we go again the loom was mint too
