Ive noticed that sometimes when people put up links to other websites ...like this http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/5day.shtml?id=2459
They just type "here" or "clicky" or whatever words they like instead of using the original text and it takes you to the site.
How do you do this?

icon ..... it will open up & window for you to put your link in. Sorted..
