He,s the guy that advertizes everywhere as being a "symperthetic" restorer of rs,s, i went to see a car that had apparently had 10k spent on it via his services, i wont say anymore, but what i will say is that i wouldn,t let him near myŁ500 fiesta diesel. be very carful !!, oh, and i didn,t buy the car, felt so sorry for the guy, talk about having your arse smacked !!!

I understand, there,s two sides to every coin, i spent over a hour looking at this car Saturday lunchtime, and had driven to Middlx with 5k in my pocket after watching my s1 disappear down the road an hour ealier, Its known my favored colour is white, so believe you me, a car an hour away, in my favorite colour, with money in my pocket, and a chap with an invoice for 10k restoration work, i certainly drove down there feeling pretty upbeat. Ive no axe to grind with anyone, however being fairly new to this forum, which i have to say is fantastic, i think its important for the sake of our cars and our pockets that people are made aware of positive and negative experiences, so we in turn dont have the same. 10k in my eyes is a decent amount of money and possibly my expectations were set to high, possibly, but to see a car that had had no "synpathetic" attention, in my eyes warranted these comments. I think its all relevant, if the car had had 3k spent on it, i wouldn,t be taking the time to write this. however if it was my 10k, or anybody elses 10k in the future they should surely have access to these comments, regards. Trust me, i could have made a list of detremental things with this car, but that wouldn,t be fair, any comments would be welcome, take care, Ian.
