After having a few issues with a miss-fire I think (fingers crossed, touch wood etc. etc.) that all is now sorted, with new leads & dizzy cap fitted.
Took it out for about 2 hours tonight and did about 60 miles of hard driving. to Knaresborough - Brimham Rocks - Pately Bridge - Thornthwaite (an old road rally selective & cracking road) West End - Blubberhouses - Low Snowden - Otley - then back home......
Roll on next weekend, off to RS_Fiesta's friday ngt get name stickers fitted on etc. & prob give it blast round some of the good rds nr Matt's house on yorks/lancs border

Not points - electronic ignition i've written an article about doing it in next rallye-news, although retro-ford have beaten me to it by a week (see this months issue)
