Back on the road Thursday

After 18 months in the garage the RS was MOT'd yesterday and passed with no problem. It sure was nice to get behind the wheel again.
While it was on the drive thought I would take a couple of pictures to post here. Hope you like em.

No, unfortunatly couldn't afford it. Need the money to finish the new engine build and get it fitted.

It's had that all it's life so now with the old girl getting on a bit not to mention me I think she deserves a bit of respect now. Well for a few days anyway then probably back to being hammered everywhere.

No, not yet. Will be giving the inside a thorough clean this week then fit the sticker.
I havn't polished the wheels either. It's been to cold in the garage for my old bones and i'm a lazy b-----d anyway. Plenty of time when the sun shines,if it shines this summer.

Thanks for your nice comments. I have to admit that the pictures do flatter the car but nothing a few thousand pounds couldn't put right
It's had a very hard life and is still almost totally original so not too bad for an old road rally car.
