  • OEC 902V in Classic and Sports Car magazine

In a head to head test with a Droop Snoot Firenza

It seems that RS2000's are a popular feature car for November/December '04 Magazines.

    Kels' car in Classics
Moggies' Old car in PPC magazine
And now Karls' car in C&SC

They value OEC at £7 k
    Cheers Rob.

That's on the roll-over stand in my workshop - that picture was taken about 3 years ago
      Cheers Rob.

I thought it was but I couldn't imagine how you had got it to that stage so quickly from seeing it last time at your workshop ! Now I understand.

I think it's a good price too, for Karl (if he ever wanted to sell) and for any potential buyer - they would be getting a lovely car for that money.
            Cheers Rob.

When I bought the car it had just had a pair of genuine front wings and a complete respray - but it was stripped out - just a rolling shell with all the other bits in boxes. I decided to strip the original underseal and stone chip off the floor and paint it underneath. There have been a couple of patch repairs done (before I got it) to the n/s sill to floor join - which are a bit "agricultural" so I'm going to put them right as well.

It's been at the 3/4 stripped off stage for about 2 1/2 years now - I got bored with stripping the stone chip off and I've just left it

A couple of days of concentrated effort would see it all stripped off / patches sorted out and ready for paint - which I have already bought
                  Cheers Rob.
