Hi Gaz,
I also have superflex bushes throughout the car, they are expensive but the best always is! You are paying for the quality including stainless steel sleeves in all their bushes. Worth the money i.m.o.
Deflex are the worst quality poly bushes i have ever seen, and would never buy again.

SuperFlex for me too.
I had a rear set of Deflex - the only ones still on the car are the axle bumpstops.
The anti tramp bar front bushes have a sleeve that's too small for the bolt, as I found out when I tried to fit them to my white RS2 and ended up knocking the captive nut from off the inside of the chassis rail

Well im glad its not only me that thinks it best to fit the best , when i was doing the front end last year i asked around and everyone said the same "superflex are the best bushes you can buy" so i did the front end with them , and so thought it was only right to do the rear with them as well , all in all around £250 for the front and rear for bushes that hopefully will never need replacing againsigpic
