who else has been ripped off with their energy provider ?

Changed suppliers start of feb the thieving' bas**rds at n-power took an extra payment in march and my initial final statement said i was £200 in credit, now as far as i was aware i should have recieved a cheque for £277 being the credit due and the £77 for the extra payment taking.

Get a cheque finally through the door today for a measley £100.81 took ages of phone calls to finally get a cheque sent and now when i see this fell like i have been well and truly fisted. :winka: :winka:

fecking daylight robbery and we cant do a thing as the first letter because it was an estimate sayin gi had £200 credit can easily dis-appear to become £20 credit

Thats why they ask if you want the credit repaid or just leave to pay your next bill!.
I always ask for it back.

We've just left N-power,(Agree that they're robbing Bast--ds) been trying to get my meter checked as we're using about £1600 a year in electric and theres only three of us, ok we have electric ovens but have a lpg hob and oil central heating

I stopped paying by direct debit as they under estimated our useage (Which i rang and told them that they had got it wrong) and we ended up £800 in debt then they started taking £190 a month to get caught up, ****ing ****ed me right off, so now I pay quarterly and budget it my self,

**** me fuel is getting bloody crazy , why is it so flamin expensive , all they say is crude oil is at an all time high has gone up 20p a barrel so how come we are paying an extra 25p a litre .

20p a barrel 80 gallons , 25p a litre a slight profit margin wouldnt you say

british gas did it to me a couple of years ago
now i don't change as it ends up costing more

yehp there tring to say that its because it comes from spain or russia now
