  • annoying music on here.....................

    is it just me but when i look at certain threads on here some bloody annoying country and western type music by a few blokes keeps playing, im almost certain it is activated when i view a thread and the same individual has posted on it,!!!! bizarre, annoying and crap music


    anyone else ?

                    will try and find it again Dave, its one of the recent members, whenever i read a thread he / she has posted on the music starts (no, i am not going ****ing loopy), its almost as if instead of an Avatar or sig, they have the music,

                      I obviously look at the wrong threads...never heard it.
                      As for country music, Grand National Scene, the then weekly NASCAR newspaper, did a survey in 1978/9 of what tapes were in the cabs of all the NASCAR transporters. Every single one had the then new Waylon Jennings/Willie Nelson joint album. (which for those spared it, included such forgettable gems as "Mommas Don' Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be Cowboys"...)
                      At least it wasn't the unmemorable album "NASCAR Sings Country", which featured a number of drivers like Richard Petty who should have stuck to their day job.

                      Personnally, I preferred to listen to Emmylou Harris on the way to events...

                          Just got some tickets to see "The Prodigy" at the Plug in Sheffield on May 16th... Their doing 2 warm up pre festival gig's ltd numbers.
                          Got tickets for Nelly and Frostie too... should be great seen them loads of times before .... Great live
