Got the engine and rebuilt gearbox back in today and it fired up first time...........result

Front struts with new springs and discs back on and car back on its wheels.

A quick service with new oil and filter and quick blast around the block and everything seems ok!

Getting tax tomorrow and then a few weeks to shake the bugs out, hopefully not too many.

                    Happy days, well chuffed!

Just got some work to do on the interior and some decals to fit and we're ready

Right now the car is 100% useable, but I haven't started to put all the bits and pieces on it I want to

Such as the 2.8i 5 speed (out of the white RS) plus
Single leaf springs, shiney axle casing, LSD, Gp1 front Bilsteins, new rear brakes etc.

Other things are getting in the way, such as working on other cars

Plus I've got to do the stem seals on Mogsmex's yellow one at some point before the tour
                        Cheers Rob.
