Elswhere, the sometime titled "man who banned GpB", former FIA President Jean-Marie Balestre, died of more natural causes the other day at a fair old age. His nemesis (with Bernie Ecclestone) and successor, Max Mosely also, seems to be facing career death of another kind following yesterday's press revelations.
Max Mosely went to war unnecessarily with Rupert Murdoch over an article by Martin Brundle in the Sunday Times. He now seems to be "reaping the whirlwind"...
