  • Women and restorations?

I've never been able to understand woman.

What is wrong with allocating a room and bed for parts storage? The kitchen sink is the perfect place for cleaning and scrubbing parts. It’s located next to all the cleaning products any restoration could need. Those new toweling tea cloths are also fantastic for drying bits off.

It makes total sense to spread the wiring loom out on the living room floor. Well it’s the biggest room in the house? Same logic with soaking bigger parts that won’t fit in the kitchen sink. Simple just use the bath? When there ready just walk them over to the shower cubical to rinse them off. Bingo you've got a new bathroom towel to hand to dry the oversized part down.

The good thing about the house it’s dry and warm. Great for keeping freshly painted items to let them cure. Window cills make great shelves particularly good for rows of coffee cups filled with boi washing powder. Those small plastic items can soak in harmony.

The new Dyson you bought your good lady for Xmas is also brilliant for vacuuming the interior and boot carpet.

    CheeRS,

    Joe.

        Towels

Good point made those towels will wash. When I've finished with the washing machine and the boot carpets out they can go straight in .

often use the oven to heat up seized items

then give them the extreme opposite and put them in the freezer

domestic appliances, where would we be without them

Its only right us lads use the house for storing and cleaning car parts.

I mean she uses it to store her parts...Hoover , iron , ironing board, polish and dusters , cooking utensils , cleaning products etc .. and we dont moan when she is taking up valuble mk2 spares space do we

I've always told her that I had the car before her and its last in first out! The first time I told her was when I was using her brand new digital kitchen scales to help with a bit of static balancing on some new pistons
