I thought the registrars were supposed to organise this??

Apparently the local group coordinator was supposed to contact the registrars and never did WTF is going on with them lot if they cant even organise this type of thing god help us.

One of the registrars was told by the chairman that the local group coordinator would be in touch but he didnt
