Its says it was "Previously restored". I guess they never did a good job. Also there's nothing to say it was never been damaged. I've bought cars that were damaged with less than a 1000 miles on the clock.

looks like a nice usable rs to me, not a '19k mile' barn find, surely the low milage and history would push the price far higher? chicken poo always adds authenticity!

Reeds of Torbay had a car that fell off the transporter when it was delivered to them!! It was apparently sent back to Ford, fitted with a full length Webasto & sent back out.

Barn Find ! what a romantic notion hey ? your there on a hot summers day lets say in august ! ! and you come accross an old barn , your having a mooch and hey whats that in the corner ? looks like a car under that dust sheet , then you peel back and oh my word !!!! its an old Rs2000 in mint condition with hardly any miles on it ? all these years forgotton in the barn !! sorry folks but i stopped beliving in fairy stories along time ago , lol for the good old barn find .
