Heading off to Las Vegas and San Francisco for 10 days tomorrow morning so will have a lot of threads to read when I get back (unless I can get Internet access when I am away )

make sure you go to the top of the Stratosphere, theres a ride thats a piece of track 20feet long that swings around and goes 15feet over the edge and at a 45 degree angle.......downwards .. DO IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! it will terrify you

Vegas !!!! i love it there, we,ve been 4 times in the last 4 years, and we,re going again in July, Best place on earth me thinks!!!!!!

Paul, Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam were awesome. Did it in helicopter.... Amazing trip

Went up the Stratosphere but there was no chance of me going on either of them rides, one spins you on a carousel hanging off the tower 1000ft up and the other as Ian says sends you out 20ft along a traqck into nowhere ..... Speed YES, heights NOT A CHANCE

Don't forget to go to the car museum in the Imperial Palace Hotel.
