rs1800 did it have?

If anyone was to walk in to an RS dealer in 1976 and order an RS1800 but didn't order it with a custom pack interior would it have the centre console or could they have it as an option
I quess im trying to find out if the console was standard on all 1800 road cars.

The RS 18 was a Mex with the BDA in it. From the factory with Sport/Base type door and rear 1/4 trim panels, no centre console etc. This was European spec, why FMC UK decided to put nearly all the extras on the RS II is beyond me. As Ford models on the continent usually have a higher spec than UK spec Fords for the same or even less money
