Taxed the MK2 today

Well the other day actually , couldnt wait another month to get out in it what with all the nice weather we have been having lately.

It felt good to be behind the wheel again (legally) took it out for about an hour without any probs ,filled up the tank...thats nearly empty again...lol

only problem i did notice was when i pulled out the garage and turned it sounded like a spring on the front "twanged" if you know what i mean?

Who needs a nice comfy car when you can have car with a heavy clutch , comfort that shakes you to bits , loud , smells , and does **** all miles to the gallon

The expression on peoples faces when they see the mk2 is amazing and far outweighs the above.

Same here, had my first proper legal; drive in her, was awesome. Did about 20 miles but was smiling throughout!!

just had a phone call, my seats are ready so going to collect them tomorrow. my 7" replicas arrived on friday so will get them on this week too.
