They change their minds week-in week-out, things like THERMATIC or Thermatic, AIRSCARF or Airscarf.

The sentences are hilarious at times, a verb repeated three times in a ten word sentence. This is an absolute deadly sin in the German language, is sounds pretty bloody awful in English too

i had same problem with their grammar(German),der,die,das etc, but got there in the end ,helps if you can speak the lingo when your in a foreign country,found also that they were more willing to help you out when they saw that you wre trying to learn ,after afew years had a hell of a job when i had to revert back to english again
