basicly it's a load of bolloxs once years ago a belgium council looked into the idea of banning old cars from town centers, it was dropped, then a few years back a Scottish council also checked out the report and agreed it was NOT a good idea and now this comes up about every 2 months, i have actually signed it twice, 3 years ago when it first came up, this is about the 20th one to come up
