        iam back
after a long couple of days traveling the width and lenght of england and having a hard think bout life. my journy started early sunday morning in northern ireland at 5 oclock in the morning i traveled across to bonnie scotland on the p&o boat. then down the A75 to carisilestoped of with martin a while then down the M6 to penrith across the A66 to scotch corner down the A1 to the M62 then the M18 to the M180 then 1st stop imminghan docks. then back to the A1 to the A14 to the A11 to red lodge at midlinhall. stayed there sunday nite then back to the A14 to the M11 to the M25 over the dartford toll round the south M25 to the M3 to the A303 then across to the M5 at exeter then down the A30 to plymouth and the out to a wee place called st ives near liskard in cornwall. collected my load the up the M5 to b/ham to the M6 got to tebay services in the early hours his morning. had breakfast there then up the M6 to scotland then the A75 back to the cairnryan boat and home. along my travels i never saw 1 ford escort at all and iwas through alot of countys lol.but ido no now that i will never go buck to the long distance work again. there is alot to be said bout workn at a old escort. seeing the mans face when he see,s his car rebuilt for the 1st time, hearing the sound of a gud pinto starting arter a rebuild. scearching the country 4 that wee bit u need to finish a car and how happy u are when u get it. yes thats it lads me and the trucking are finished this time 4 gud. and back to the garage tommorow to see the beautys again.
        cheers richard
