  • THE DEALS BEEN DONE.

Well, after approx 400 miles and six hours in my trusty Fiesta diesel, the deal was done, ive had several conversations in the latter part of the week, and several pics on email,a couple of hours conversation later we shook hands. I agreed to buy Graham John,s 76R, Diamond White, pre-custom mk 2. Exactly what i wanted. Its ironic really, for a man who has earned his living for the last fifteen years selling retail cars in a main dealership, struggles to do a deal, coupled with Graham,s Welsh negotiating abilities, it took sometime. I would like to think that we got to a figure that Graham was happy with, and that was acceptable to me. A d eposit was paid and i came home a happy man. Hopefully will organize suitable transport next week and will go and collect her. She needs abit of TLC here and there. so i hope to have her ready for the Spring. Kel, when you see this, I need your address and favorite tipple, i,m a man of my word, and you gave me the number, cheers, Ian.

Good luck with it Ian, glad you got sorted. Hope your dealings in Bonnie Scotland did not put you off us Jocks, even though the cars you saw were not that Bonnie!
