Galway International Rally

Staying in Ballinasloe for a few beers during Galway International Rally and wondered if anybody could advise on best stages to get to on the Saturday and Sunday?
Is it reasonably easy to get transport from Ballinasloe to stages?

Any help would be most appreciated.
