Lost 4 parcles i sent over the holidays, 1 they deliverd to the senders adress on the back (my own bleeding address) and 2 arrived damaged, not bad i only sent 10 and they ****ed up 7 of those

No doubt about it they lose and break a lot of things. Thankfully their compensation department seems to pay up without too many problems.
Although you may have to wait 28 days before filing a claim, then wait about 4 weeks for them to process it.

Hmmm.....some strong views in this thread. There are some P/O Staff on this BB who may be true professionals and hard workers. If I was them I would be demoralised The actions or carelessness of a few should not represent all staff surely?

I have bought stuff off the Bay and it never arrived £50 worth and this has happened more than once. My father ordered two solenoid coils in the post for the switchgear on his woodworking machine, one was intact and the other was smashed to bits Royal Mail wasn't intersted in giving him any compo. I've never had anything go missing in the post in Germany btw.

I don't know about demoralising, it's their job isn't it? If you balls something up at work you get a b@ll@cking, it doesn't make you do your job even worse afterwards does it?
