Has anyone used them before , ordered some black wheelnuts before Xmas, apparently sent 17th December , no parcel has yet shown up , tried to trace it from a DPD parcel number supplied by MOTOMOBIL , its never shown up on the UK system and neither has it in Germany. Obviously there is a bit of a language barrier when I call but they seem to be putting all the emphasis on DPD and I am getting nowhere, plus I am out of pocket.

Can someone tell me how to say " Get your ****ing finger out " in German .....
