Well done, keep it up. Be sooo careful about becoming complacent tho. You will be tested big style when you least expect it and inside 5 seconds 1 draw can make all the hard work of weeks and months worthless. Never let your guard down.

I have quit for 2 1/2 years and even now there are times were I still would love a fag. I don't see myself as a non smoker. I see myself as a smoker who chooses not to smoke anymore.

I remember after quitting for 18 months out in a club I was offered a ciggy, I thought I could allow myself one as I'd officially quit. Puked my ring up within two mins of finishing it LOL. That was 13 years ago and throwing up has made sure I've not gone back.
