Donington track day today

Had a great time! 1st session was greasy as fcuk had to drive the corners like on ice! (440bhp rear drive and grease = plenty tank slap). Later on the track dried out and i had much more confidence with the car as did x-pack bob! The last session was balls out. Had my 1st major spin at 110mph. Kept it on track and reacted by gritted teath and gave it major beans for the rest of the session.Bob wasn't far behind , couldn't believe how his new engine was going! Last lap was done with underbonnet sound deading on fire spitting out flames and smoke from the vents, pulled into the pits to find the turbo glowing cherry red. Now thats what i call a track day, high speed spins and fire . Gonna take a week to clean the car and remove the fire extinguisher dust Great day had even if i did have to get up at 4.50 . Best part of the day was rick( who was showing deepest blues bro how to drive it rickster style) actually made a brew . Will never forget the sight of him with the heavy metal in hand! . Good to see some of the lads there to!! Frosty,dave and topaz!

was good to see dave bd , frosty, topaz , brett ,xpack ,xpack boy, oggie, and a few others

was a good event wish i took my car now , tops for me was deepest's brother shooting out of the esc cos with 2 co2 extinguishers quicker than a speeding bullet deepest would of been proud shame the pressure problem came back maybe just maybe next time the car will go all day without a ****in spanner

top day out i am well impressed with my brettlied engine.si you have atheme tune mate. you spin me right round baby right round by dead or alive.it nice to see everybody that came along for the day out.

no probs at all had a puncture and just kept putting fuel in the old shed and listened to the music it makes at 8k.
