Guys, if we're paying taffr by paypal we need to cover the charges. or he'll end up well out of pocket.

just bump on the % paypal charge if you use this method of payment, the postage from me will be around £6 per cover with DHL, thanks topaz for sourcing that price, i can get individual packaging from work for free, sssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

or to make it easier we could leave the payment for postage within the uk from me until the covers turn up at mine , as i can get a good few too people by hand, and then send on the remainder on or the individual can arrange pic up, this would make pricing easier

After some discussion we agreed on him making 3 new quotes for the postage:
- all covers posted with Hermes to me (Holland).
- all covers posted with Hermes to rwdrs (Germany).
- all covers except mine and rwdrs (and maybe some other foreigners) posted with Hermes to 1 address in the UK (taffr).
Added to that would be the cost of boxes, tape, bubblewrap etc. which I said was okay.

Right, to send all the covers (50) in one go would cost:

Germany to Holland €140

Inside Germany €80

To UK €200

this would include an insurance for the value of the contents.

Smoov: can you make an order for all camcovers, with taffr as deliveryaddress in the UK, so that we all do not have to pay VAT?
(can someone explain how that works please?)

If smoov can order the lot through his company, he could write/print a contract which I (or rwdrs) can translate into German and have it signed by both parties. In the mean time taffr can send over 33,3% of the total price to the seller.

I will do the order for the camcovers and fitting kits for those that require them. I will require Taffr's full name and address details to be put on the order.

How will it work not paying Vat? Will we be charged an import duty on the goods as at some point Customs & Excise will want something I presume

What do we want put on the contract? Is it just to confirm that we are ordering X Black and X Blue Camcovers with X Fitting Kits and are paying 33.33% upfront with the balance of 66.67% paid on completion of the order before delivery takes place?
