Actually you can't.

You can blame him and Blair for not imposing more stringent lending and financial service rules which caused the downfall of many a financial institution, but it isn't his fault that the financial sector used money like they were playing monopoly, crossing their collective fingers that it would just keep on going, without any repurcussions.
