They're all retired aren't they (the best ones, that is).

I doubt if there's much chance of any of us beating them

and TBH I reckon Loeb, Gronholm, et al would be able to chuck a MkI/II around with the best of the old boys, given a bit of practice Mr McRae could and he was one of the new generation.

at the moment (17:13 pm) Hirvonen is destroying them, Weather up on the Rhigos (Resolfen) is absolutely torrential rain and very thick fog, Few of the lads from here been in touch and they are very wet.


Wait till they get to Eppynt tomorrow, the rain arrives sideways there

after 6 stages, young Wilson is in sixth, all be it some 5 minutes behind Hirvonen

couple of spectators injured on stage 1 (margam) when a subaru, car 91, went off, unclear if the car hit them or they were hit by flying debris.
Thankfully no one seriously hurt, Driver / Co driver ok, spectators taken to Hospital with minor injuries

i've been on sennybridge and epynt all week with work , cars on thier recce's all over the gaff , very wet up there lads so take your wellies
