I passed some breakdowns on the motorway yesterday and I wondered this...

If you were out in your RAC van (working or just finished) and saw a motorist broken down, stranded, would you stop and see if he needed help? even if he isnt a member of your service?

What does the training say about situations like this?

p.s. hows the non smoking doing?

neil, if you were working and on your way to another breakdown then obviously your priorty is the member your attending but if you were not busy or on the way home you can stop and see but for insurance then you really have to sign them up 1st before you work on the car as this protects both the patrol and the memeber - still smoking
