Flat Front Head light options

I am after some new head lights for the mk2...

Want the best visual wise, my standard ones are rubbish...

Anyone have any views or advice links etc...

9" Mk1 golf lamps were a good upgrade in the day.

you use those lovely Carello flat ones do you?

I think I'd just go for 100/80's myself and if that's not good enough add some Cibies, like Frosty, but connect 'em up

only trouble being, that if there is no automatic headlamp levelling system as part of the kit, that it'll be no good for road use (if that was even what was intended).

I think you'll find that to be road legal you'll have to rig up a load levelling system, which is why these kits are illegal in Germany, fit them at your own legal costs peril!!!

I wouldn't want to have to pay for somebody else's write-off because of using an illegal kit.
