don't like people doing the police's work for them, however you have to admit though trying to hold onto a phone and driving a car are 2 things that should be kept separate, tbh the law's lenient enough as it is, it can be bloody distracting chatting to someone on the blower whilst driving, it could just be outlawed altogether.

It ain't a lot different than having had a couple or three pints, as you've got about a max of 60% concentration on what you're actually supposed to be doing.
