well was going to switch to Virgin but phoned Sky tonight to see if they will improve me deal which they duly did..

Now got full Sky channel package, Sky +, Sky 8meg broadband, Sky Talk and my original box relocated to another room in total £66 per month including my BT Line Rental so they will do a fair bit to keep your business IMO Sky rocks at the moment got the Sky + Box including installation for £20 and another £20 for the broadband but this is still better than Virgin with no hassle

Ring their technical centre (which is in India) and had to speak to 3 different operators before I could actua;;y understand one.

Explained my problem but they were reading the fault diagnosis from a wall. All they said was that it was my remote playing up. When explained that they both work next door with no problems, answer was, remote playing up Asked them if they had any experience first hand of the equipment they were advising on to an answer of "no"

Have asked for a new set top box and remote but they refused and said a new remote will be sent out. Asked to be put through to disconnections but was cut off sharply....NOT A HAPPY BUNNY!!!!
I will start this with a appology as i was too drunk to read the whole post but i did see virgin media mentioned and i got a new modem out of them by telling them the engineer said i needed one and then just kept saying he said that and worked for them so thats what i wanted aqnd thats what i got i aint saying it works better as they probably slowed my speed down but i got a new modem so im happy

seems most peeps are unhappy with the service they provide so I will stick with Sky tbh dont need the Agro tbh I think that from reading this that they aint worth the hassle so will steer clear
