I also get 5 extra days holiday next year so not a bad day all in all. If I am still there in 5 years time a get another award from the same list. The wife has already decided she want's the ladies version.

Nice one mate! My missus works at john lewis. She gets 6 months paid leave after 25 years service! Only 13 years to go.lol!
